Type of Tasks: As patent attorney I fluently speak both „tech“ and „law“, which means I give legal advice concerning intellectual property assets such as patents, trade marks and designs. I draft patent applications in close collaboration with inventors, set-up patent strategies, represent clients before the German and European Patent Offices and courts, and fight for clients both in patent infringement and nullity proceedings. My practice covers inventions related to Chemistry and Life Sciences.
