The academic calendar of the EC2/BIG-NSE is identical to those of its four supporting universities (FU, HU, TU, UP):

lectures: from mid-April to mid-July |
The application period for the winter semester ends in mid-January in case of the scholarship applications and at the end of August for associated members (details here).
