As part of our "Initial Phase" program (see daily program here), the new batch members and I were again on excursion last Friday, this time at the FU Berlin.
On this occasion we met two young project leaders there, who used to be PhD students in our program:
- Jacek Kozuch (picture on the right, selfie with JP) was part of the summer batch SS09 and is now leader of the group "Experimental Molecular Biophysics" at the FU.
- Marius Horch (picture above) is a WS10 batch alumnus and now leader of the group "Ultrafast Dynamics in Catalysis" at the FU as well.
We wish both further a great success in their career!
